Us 1917 Winchester Bayonet P17 03 03A3 Garand Trench
Hrees a pretty nice u. S. Model 1917 bayonet made yb winchester. This bayonet is marked with the circle w, firebomb, u. S. And 1917. The blade has never seen any rust, the original park is very good, it has been sharpened, adn there are a few small knicks in the edge, after all it went through 2 wars.
The tip is a little dull, not bad but the blade just needs some stone work to make it look real good, the handles are in good shape, one side has a couple of small dents, but again not bad. The scabbard is also marked m-1917 also with the firebomb.
It to is in pretty good condition, no cracks or splits, but a few dings along the edge. Has the hanger.
As you know this bayonet will work on a number of rifles, 03, 03a3, the m-1 garand, the p-17 and the u. S. Moedl 1917 trench shotgun.
